In October and November, Tuleva’s pension collectors have started submitting applications to increase the contribution of the second pillar with great speed, said Tõnu Pekk, the head of the pension cooperative.
Pekk said in Äripää radio’s Wednesday morning program that if there are approximately 26,000 contributors to Tuleva’s second pillar funds, approximately 11,000 of them have applied for an increase in their contribution to date. The majority of applicants have chosen 6% as the new contribution, explained Tuleva’s manager.
Pekk also explained in more detail when Tuleva funds’ fees could start to decrease again.
