It is necessary:

– medium-sized trout

– 2 tablespoons of olive oil

– sea salt and spices as desired (parsley, rosemary…)

– a few cloves of garlic

– baking bag

Preparation of trout with garlic and spices

Prepare a marinade of chopped garlic, olive oil, salt and spices as desired. Wash, clean and dry the trout with a towel, then put it in the marinade overnight in the fridge. Then transfer it to a baking bag, add a spoonful of marinade, tie it and pierce it with a toothpick from the top, in two or three places.

Put the fish prepared in this way in a baking tray and bake in an oven heated to 180 degrees, on the middle rack and with the fan on, for about 35 minutes.
