- 1 roll of shortcrust pastry
- 3 red apples
- 5 tablespoons of rose petal jam
- 2 tablespoons pine nuts
- 40 g butter
Preparation of apple pie
Preheat the oven to 210°C (gas mark 7).
Toast the pine nuts in a pan without adding any fat.

Spread the dough in the mold, keeping the baking paper. Prick the bottom with a fork and bake blind for 15 min.
