The recipe for apple and rose petal preserve tart

Recipe Ingredients

  • 1 roll of shortcrust pastry
  • 3 red apples
  • 5 tablespoons of rose petal jam
  • 2 tablespoons pine nuts
  • 40 g butter

Preparation of apple pie

Preheat the oven to 210°C (gas mark 7).

Toast the pine nuts in a pan without adding any fat.

Recipe – how to make pie crust

Spread the dough in the mold, keeping the baking paper. Prick the bottom with a fork and bake blind for 15 min.

Place the apple slices, sprinkle with toasted pine nuts, drizzle with jam then sprinkle with diced butter.

Cook for about 15 minutes and enjoy warm or cold.
