The legal battle between Apple and medical technology company Masimo continues, with the bigger company winning their latest showdown.
A jury agreed with Apple that previous versions of Masimo’s W1 and Freedom watches infringed design patents, according to Reuters. Apple was awarded only $250 in damages, the lowest amount that can be awarded for patent infringement, but the company’s lawyers reportedly told the court that Apple was not asking for any money anyway.
