Kyriakos Mitsotakis’ walks to the TIF booths had it all. And he played football and was treated to beer and watched a drone demonstration.
More specifically, a few hours before his speech at the TIF, Kyriakos Mitsotakis made his customary walk around the booths which, again this year, was “rich” and spectacular.
Among other things, he cut the ribbon at the Germany stand, where, as you will see in the video, he also played… football.
The prime minister was treated to beer, at a stand of a well-known company:
Kyriakos Mitsotakis opened Germany’s stand, saying: “Thank you to Germany for accepting the invitation and the challenge to be an honored country because we had a lot of space to cover.”
The prime minister emphasized that we have left the crisis behind us and the economy is growing. Germany is one of the biggest foreign investors in the country and during the crisis it did not leave, he added…
Earlier, he had received congratulations from the German Vice-Chancellor R. Hambeck for the performance of the Greek economy.
Kyriakos Mitsotakis arrived at 11.00 on Saturday morning (7/9/24) at the facilities of the 88th TIF. The prime minister was welcomed by Apostolos Tzitzikostas at the TIF administration center for the opening of the exhibition.
A few minutes later, the prime minister started visiting the booths and the treats were plentiful.
Plates of goodies appeared for the prime minister, with him tasting pumpkin pie, while he had a short conversation with Elsa Koukumeria, president of the Union of Bakers of Thessaloniki, while Kyriakos Mitsotakis also visited the stand of the Ministry of Shipping and Insular Policy.
