‘Pivot (CCBS)’, a tourism commercial and spatial business brand, announced on the 22nd that it had collaborated to open a new store through a ‘local commercial restaurant discovery project’ based on local ingredients.
‘Baektan’, which opened a new expansion through this collaboration, has been operating yakitori in Busan since 2022 and is pursuing a collaboration with Pivot (CCBS).
According to an official, for this collaboration, they started by renting a space in the central area of the Gwangalli commercial district in Busan and opened a store by carrying out design and concept (sound, lighting, etc.) that took customer movement into consideration.
In particular, we consulted on the entire process until the first menu was delivered to the customer based on many years of customer experience business, rather than simply creating a space.
In addition, it was planned to provide the feeling of receiving a clean meal with a custom-designed plate using a 3D printer.
A Pivot official emphasized the long-term plan, saying, “We will continue to expand programs to revitalize local commercial districts, from pop-ups to actual store openings, by gathering various brands based on tourist commercial districts.”
Meanwhile, Pivot (CCBS) is a company that operates pop-up events in Gwangalli, Busan, linking service space and nearby tourist commercial districts.
