Porsche honors Jo Siffert with a unique 911 GT3 RS

Wanting to honor the Swiss driver Jo Siffert, who passed away in 1971, Porsche in collaboration with Siffert’s family, presented a unique 911 GT3 RS that draws inspiration from the 917 that the Swiss drove with Kurt Ahrens, in the race at the Osterreichring in 1969, a match they won.

The 911 GT3 RS is painted white, with green accents, black single-bolt magnesium wheels, the number 29 on the hood and doors, Porsche, Bosch and Shell logos, as well as Siffert’s signature on the center pillar.

Inside we find Siffert’s helmet pattern stitched into the headrests, custom painted key, custom headliner and Siffert’s signature on the center console.
