At the end of last year, we informed you that Apple was terminating its cooperation with Goldman Sachs bank and was looking for a new partner to handle the Apple Card and Apple Savings credit card.
Meanwhile, as reported by the editors of The Wall Street Journal, a new entity has appeared on the horizon that would be interested in cooperation.
The bank in question is JPMorgan Chase. The two companies have reportedly been in talks for some time, which have recently gained momentum, which could result in a contract being signed in the next few months.
One of the aspects raised by bank representatives is the issue of paying out less than the $17 billion currently outstanding in user accounts and also the abandonment of current settlement cycles.
Apple has also reportedly been in talks with Apple Synchrony Financial and Capital One about collaborating.
