In the “Biodiversity Alliance for Sustainable Management”, a business initiative of CSR Europe and the international NGO, “Wildlife Habitat Council”, PPC participates as a founding member, within the framework of its contribution to initiatives that contribute to sustainable development, through the implementation of sustainability practices and environmental responsibility.

Through their collaboration, the founding members of the “Alliance for the Sustainable Management of Biodiversity” initiative will focus their efforts, both on the exchange of best practices and strategies for assessing risks and their impacts, as well as on their management strategies. They will also define quantitative indicators and adopt appropriate management tools in order to monitor and maximize the benefit of both independent and joint biodiversity protection actions and measures. Finally, they will gain a deeper understanding and more fully apply the current EU biodiversity compliance requirements, and explore ways in which the actions and measures taken will contribute to a just transition.
