Despite the recent arrival of the OnePlus Nord 4, its predecessor, the OnePlus Nord 3, is still well worth a look, especially when its price drops drastically. Currently, the official website is offering it at 329 euros instead of 449 euros.
The OnePlus Nord 4 recently entered the mid-range smartphone market. But despite its very nice spec sheet, it should not eclipse its predecessor, the OnePlus Nord 3, which is still a good smartphone today with several sharp features, such as its 120 Hz Amoled screen, its IMX 890 main sensor with OIS or its very fast charging. And the good news is that its price/quality ratio becomes even more interesting thanks to a nice price drop.
What the OnePlus Nord 3 5G offers
- A 6.7-inch Amoled panel refreshed at 120 Hz
- A 50MP IMX 890 main camera sensor with OIS
- 80W fast charging
Initially offered at 449 euros, the OnePlus Nord 3 5G (8+128 GB) is today available on promotion at 329 euros on the OnePlus website.

A slab with exemplary fluidity
The OnePlus Nord 3 is a smartphone with a neat design, which sports flat edges and rounded corners that should make it more pleasant to hold. Special mention for its glass back which offers beautiful reflections. On the screen side, we are entitled to a large 6.7-inch Amoled panel (compact smartphone lovers, move on), which has the advantage of being refreshed at 120 Hz, which is the assurance of very fluid animations and navigation.
On the back, there is a rather well-integrated photo block that includes a 50 Mpx wide-angle IMX 890 main sensor, an 8 Mpx ultra-wide-angle and a 2 Mpx macro lens. The one that will interest us more is obviously this main sensor, which is also found on the OnePlus 11, in particular thanks to the presence of optical image stabilization (OIS), which in theory allows you to obtain sharp and non-blurred images, even if you accidentally move the smartphone at least to capture the shot. In addition, note that this is a large sensor, which should therefore capture more detailed shots thanks to better light capture.
Reassuring autonomy
Inside the OnePlus Nord 3, we find a Dimensity 9000 chip from MediaTek, which dates from 2021, here supported by 8 GB of RAM and supplemented by 128 GB of storage. With such a configuration, you should be able to chain together classic tasks without too much slowdown, but the model equipped with more RAM logically offers better performance. As for the interface, it is Android 13 which is in place with the OxygenOS interface. Be careful, only two years of Android software updates are offered hereā¦
Finally, in terms of autonomy, the OnePlus Nord 3 contains a 5,000 mAh battery, which should allow it to last a day without difficulty. Above all, we can take advantage of the 80 W SuperVOOC fast charge which, according to the brand, allows you to go from 0% to 100% battery in just 32 minutes.
