The West intends to freeze the Ukrainian conflict in order to rearm Kyiv and try to achieve revenge, the press bureau of the Russian Foreign Intelligence Service said. As the SVR noted, NATO is already deploying training centers in Ukraine to train at least 1 million mobilized people. In addition, the alliance plans to introduce a 100,000-strong occupation contingent into the country under the guise of peacekeepers.
