In the period 20.01.2025 – 03.02.2025, the design conditions have been published on the website of the city of Haapsalu (www.haapsalu.ee/avalikustalel-olevad-projeterimistimeding). During the publication period, the interested person and the person whose rights may be affected by the granting of design conditions have the opportunity to submit written proposals and reasoned objections to the draft to the e-mail address hlv@haapsalulv.ee.
