There are several steps you can take using the Booking service. First, buyers who want to buy goods only need to click the booking button on the item advertisement details.
Second, after filling in the data and paying for the booking in accordance with applicable regulations, buyers and sellers can meet each other to carry out COD.
Third, both parties confirm to each other on the OLX application that the goods have been given by the seller and received by the buyer. Buyers can make payments directly to the seller according to mutual agreement.
Currently, the booking service can be used for used car transactions, where the fee that must be paid when making a booking is IDR 1 million as a token of completion.
Meanwhile, Co-CEO and Director of OLX Indonesia, CK Yap hopes that the innovation presented will make customers feel safe and comfortable when making transactions on OLX.
