Prince William told what happened in the royal family after King Charles and Princess of Wales were diagnosed with cancer

Prince William revealed what happened in the British royal family after it was learned that King Charles and the Princess of Wales have cancer. It was the hardest year of my life, said the Prince of Wales. The revelation was made during a visit to South Africa.

The Prince of Wales was in South Africa for the Earthshot Awards ceremony. William told South African reporters how he coped after both his wife and father were diagnosed with cancer.

“It was awful. It was probably the hardest year of my life. So trying to get through everything else and keep everything on track was very difficult. I am so proud of my wife, I am proud of my father. But personally, it was brutal,” William said, according to the BBC.

The Princess of Wales undergoing chemotherapy after a cancer diagnosis

Buckingham Palace revealed in February that King Charles III has cancer. Just six weeks later, it was announced that the Princess of Wales was also undergoing chemotherapy after a cancer diagnosis.

Afterwards, the King returned to public duties and Catherine finished her chemotherapy treatment.
