SARAJEVO – For all citizens, especially those who are dissatisfied with the current services in the banks of which they are clients, Procredit bank offers a new option, six months of free user packages, after which the clients will be able to decide whether to continue cooperation with the bank, or terminate the contract. The management of Procredit says that this is a revolutionary move with the symbolic name “ProBaj”.

“Procredit bank will offer clients a trial period of six months for all service packages. Current account, debit card, mobile banking, free payment transactions in the country, free withdrawals at all ATMs, not only Procredit Bank, the first five times a month. For the first time, we put the client experience first. After that, they make a decision whether to continue working with us”, said Amir Termiz, director of the Retail Sector of Procredit Bank.
He adds that the process of opening an account in this bank is simplified, and that all clients who decide to open an account in this bank from today will not pay for services for the next six months, with the addition that the convenience of free payment transactions in the country, and withdrawing money from all ATMs of the first five times a month for free, retained even after six months.
Digitization and innovation are at the heart of Procredit Bank’s operations, adds the Management. They strive to make business simple and to be at the forefront of digital transformation in the market. They believe that they will be the first who, when the legal conditions are created, will enable opening an account without coming to the bank.
“The previous year was historically the most successful year in the business of Procredit Bank, and this year we continued with the same trend. In the segment of business with natural persons, in the first six months of this year we achieved a record growth of 20 percent in the deposit portfolio and 33 percent in the loan portfolio, which is why we are very happy.” said Amina Durmo Trlin, member of the Board of ProCredit Bank.
