(Seoul = Newsis) Reporter Kim Min-seong = On the 28th, Lotte conducted regular executive personnel reshuffles for 2025 and appointed Noh Jun-hyung, Vice President and Head of Management Innovation at Lotte Holdings.
President Roh, born in 1968, joined Lotte Novate (formerly Lotte Information & Communication) in 2002 and served as head of the management support division and head of the strategic management division.
After taking office as CEO in 2021, he led new businesses such as metaverse, electric vehicle charging, and autonomous driving, as well as the group’s IT and DT businesses.
President Roh is an expert in strategy, planning, and new business, and has been evaluated as the right person to improve the capabilities of existing businesses and advance the group’s business portfolio, and has been serving as the head of Lotte Holdings’ Management Innovation Office since 2023.
