As a company that is part of the Integrated Motorcycle Services Wahana Artha Group (WAG), it consistently provides training and career development programs for employees at various levels.
This step aims to prepare them to face changing business dynamics, so they need human resources who are able to adapt and be innovative with industry 4.0.
Head of Customer & Employee Engagement PT WARI, Irfan Pradinata said in his official broadcast, Friday (15/11), his party upholds the values of professionalism and integrity.
“Through a structured training program, we ensure that every employee, from new employees to potential leaders, has the knowledge and skills needed to be able to contribute optimally to the Company,” he added.
The following are training and development programs carried out by PT WARI for its employees:
• Program for New Employees: OTW (Onboarding Team Wahanians)
For new employees, WARI provides an OTW (Onboarding Team Wahanians) program which includes company introduction, product knowledge and training on professional appearance standards.
This program is designed so that new employees understand the company culture and products offered, and are ready to serve customers with confidence before they go directly to the Dealership and AHASS Wahana.
• Sales Development Program: SCDP (Sales Coordinator Development Program)
For this training in particular, WARI held an SCDP (Sales Coordinator Development Program). Sales Coordinators have an important role in managing and monitoring the performance of the sales team.
Through SCDP, coordinators will be provided with an in-depth understanding of sales strategy, administration, team management, and developing relationships with customers.
The program is designed to strengthen their capacity to lead and encourage the sales team to achieve the best performance for the company.
• Development of Potential Leaders: LSP (Leadership Succession Program)
As a form of commitment to preparing future leaders, WARI presents the LSP (Leadership Succession Program) program to develop the best internal talent.
The program focuses on improving technical and leadership skills, such as communication, collaboration and team management.
Apart from technical training, participants will also receive training in leadership aspects through real projects that can be applied in the work environment.
Irfan explained, through various development programs in the PT WARI work area, his party hopes that employees can be ready to face every career challenge they encounter.
“More than that, we also want to ensure that consumers of the Wahana Dealer and Astra Honda Authorized Service Station receive reliable, responsive and trustworthy service,” he concluded.
