Publicis Groupe Romania is starting registrations for the new Creative Module of the School of Big Ideas program

A new edition of the project was launched last week School of Big Ideas, the Creative Module, a Publicis Groupe Romania brand initiative, intended for students and young graduates who want a career in advertising. The project is designed as a learning program that addresses the most important aspects of the four main areas of a creative agency: Client Service, Strategy, Art Direction and Copywriting.

In the previous edition, 476 candidates registered for the Creative Module. Following the evaluation, 127 young people were selected to participate in the creative courses organized by Publicis Groupe Romania. Of these, 50 completed both the theoretical and the practical part of the module. Currently, 14 of the finalists are employees of Publicis Groupe Romania, in various roles.

The theoretical courses and the practical stage of the Creative Module will cover the essential aspects of an advertising agency, from the role of each department to the day-to-day work flow. Then, the learners will use the acquired knowledge to solve a brief formulated by the organizers. The program will end with a three-month paid internship, in which participants selected based on the results of the first stages of the module, will work for real clients, under the guidance of specialists from Publicis Groupe Romania.

Entries for the Creative Module of the School of Big Ideas opened on July 15, 2024 and can be done on schoolofbigideas.ro until August 18, 2024. The courses will run from July 2 to September 30 and will include an online theoretical part, covering all essential topics, and a practical part. The selected trainees will participate in an internship organized by Publicis Groupe Romania within three creative agencies – Publicis Romania, Leo Burnett Romania and Saatchi & Saatchi Romania. The internship will last for three months and will start on October 28, 2024.

Participation in the School of Big Ideas is free for all students.
