According to the Korea Real Estate Agency’s subscription website on the 3rd, the Sasong Lotte Castle subscription that received subscriptions on the 2nd resulted in 494 people flocking to recruit 120 households, showing an average competition rate of 4.12 to 1.
The highest competition rate was for an exclusive 74㎡A, with 266 people applying for 38 households, recording a competition rate of 7 to 1. The exclusive 74㎡C also showed a competition rate of 4.8 to 1, with 24 people flocking to recruit 5 households. Exclusive 65㎡A and exclusive 74㎡B also recorded competition rates of 2.1 to 1 and 3.67 to 1, respectively, filling the number of households recruited.
An official from the company said, “It is possible to move in quickly as the complex has already been completed, and the contract is expected to be concluded smoothly as the subscription is focused on end-users.”
The winner will be announced on the 7th, and the contract will be signed for two days starting on the 14th of the same month. Winners will submit their documents prior to signing the contract from the 9th to the 10th.
Sasong Lotte Castle will be built in Block B-8, Sasong New Town, Yangsan-si, Gyeongsangnam-do (area of Sasong-ri, Dong-myeon, Yangsan-si), with 11 buildings from 7 underground floors to 19 floors above ground, with a total of 903 households of 65 to 84㎡ for exclusive use. All households consisted of small to medium-sized areas. This is a publicly supported private rental housing in which land and costs are supported by public institutions and constructed by private construction companies. With a reasonable rent compared to the market price, you can live stably for up to 10 years without worrying about moving. The rate of rent increase is also limited to 5%.
Within the complex, a variety of community facilities are provided for residents, including a fitness club, small library, reading room, guest house, dining cafe, multi-purpose room, shared kitchen, and coin laundry. Some units are also provided with a unit warehouse for easy storage of seasonal items and bulky household items.
The parking lot is 100% underground, and the landscaped area is approximately 38%.
