Putin told Xi Jinping about Zelensky’s refusal to negotiate – Teller Report Teller Report

Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov told VGTRK journalist Pavel Zarubin that Russian leader Vladimir Putin, in a conversation with Chinese President Xi Jinping at the BRICS summit in Kazan, cited facts of Vladimir Zelensky’s refusal to negotiate.

Zarubin published a video fragment with the corresponding answer in his Telegram-channel.

“Well-known facts were cited when Zelensky himself refuses negotiations. That’s all, actually,” the minister said.

According to him, the Russian side, as Putin indicated, is ready for negotiations.

“This happened more than once, and every time these negotiations began and led to some result, the Kiev regime, as people say, crawled away from the agreement,” Lavrov added.

Earlier, the head of Russia spoke about a recent episode of the Kyiv regime’s inability to negotiate.
