Pwnage has announced the launch of the Trinity CF named symmetrical mouse, the main attraction of which – in addition to support for 8000 Hz USB sampling, which is practically standard in the category, is that its perforated casing is made of carbon fiber composite, so it weighs only 37 grams on the scale.
Inside the 118 mm long, 60 mm wide, and 39 mm high five-button rodent is a 750 ips/50 gs PixArt PAW 3950 sensor using custom firmware, scaling up to 36,000 cpi, and the 8 kHz polling rate is available both with a 2.4 GHz radio and with a USB Type-C/Type-A paracable. The position of the sensor turbocharged with the Nordic nrf52840 MCU can be varied along the longitudinal axis, and the battery with a maximum energy reserve of 160 hours can be fully charged in 2 hours.
“70 million” click, opto-mechanical Omron switches have been installed under the main clicks, and for the cursor guide with virgin grade PTFE pads, a bunch of bonus Teflon soles (a set of dedicated sizes/shapes, plus 40 universal dots), an extensive set of grip tape, and of course the pyramid-like 8K receiver studded with indicator LEDs is included as an accessory.
