Qualcomm introduced its $899 mini computer called Snapdragon Dev Kit, which runs on the Windows 11 operating system and the company’s latest Snapdragon X Elite processor. Qualcomm, on the other hand, decided to abruptly discontinue the product, refund all orders (including those with units in hand) and cease support, claiming that the device “does not meet its usual standards of excellence.”
Qualcomm sends to its customers e-posted “At Qualcomm, we are committed to pioneering leading-edge technology and delivering world-class experiences to our valued customers. The launch of more than 30 Snapdragon However, the Dev Kit product has not comprehensively met our usual standards of excellence and we are therefore unfortunately reaching out to let you know that we have decided to discontinue this product and its support indefinitely.
