Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Elite is an absolute cannon! He achieved great results in the test

  • Qualcomm will soon introduce a new flagship chip for smartphones
  • The Snapdragon 8 Elite achieves fantastic results in the AnTuTu benchmark
  • The leak revealed that it also beats an ambitious competitor from MediaTek

In just a few days, Qualcomm should present us with new solutions in the field of processors. One of them will most likely be the Snapdragon 8 Elite, also known as the Snapdragon 8 Gen 4, which will soon be heading to many flagship Android smartphones. One of these now passed the AnTuTu benchmark testwhere he got a phenomenal score.

Realme GT7 Proequipped with the Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Elite chipset, won in the test tool 3,025,991 points. That’s right it beats even the newly launched Vivo X200 Pro with the competing MediaTek Dimensity 9400 processor, which earned “only” 3,007,853 points. In practice, however, you have no chance to recognize this difference.

Photo published by the server Smartprix in cooperation with the well-known leaker Steve Hemmerstoffer unfortunately, it does not reveal how many points the Realme GT7 Pro received in individual disciplines. It’s a shame, because we could find out where the Snapdragon 8 Elite is strongest and how it stacks up against the competition (eg if it has a better/worse CPU and how much faster/slower GPU it has).

The Snapdragon 8 Elite is said to use a pair of main cores with a frequency of 4.09 GHz and six less powerful cores clocked at 2.78 GHz. However, it should also exist modified version with 4.32GHz frequency on primary cores. All variants are anyway built on 3nm process of the Taiwanese colossus TSMC and offers a graphics unit Adreno 830.

How powerful is your phone?
