Ingredients:
- 300 g of corn flour
- 2 cups of water
- 2 briquettes of spinach
- 1 small head of onion
- 2 small red peppers
- half a cup of corn
- 1 teaspoon of baking powder

Preparation:
In a large bowl, mix the flour and add the water. Defrost the spinach briquettes, chop them if necessary and put them in a bowl with flour. Then, chop the onion into smaller cubes, and you can cut the red pepper a little larger. If the corn is from a can, strain it well, then wash it through a stream of water from the tap and drain it well again and put it in a bowl. At the end, add baking powder, salt and a little pepper. Stir the mixture well until it becomes smooth. Pour the mixture into the pan in which you will bake the imperial pie and level it. Bake it at 180 degrees for at least 30 minutes, until a crust forms on top of the pie. When it’s ready, take it out of the oven and let it cool down a bit and only then cut it into the desired pieces.
