In recent weeks, reports have reached the public that the housing market is picking up. Let’s find out from Sille Hallangu, the head of SEB’s private client banking division, in which dynamics SEB’s home loan portfolio is moving and whether the number of loan applications is increasing for them as well.

Maido Lüiste, CEO of Scandium Kinnisvara OÜ, comes to the studio to reveal the company’s plans for developments both in Haapsalu and the capital, and to make predictions about the real estate market in general.

During the birthday week of Äripää, on Thursday morning we look back 35 years and ask the visionary and sports biologist Kristjan Pordi where society and the economy will develop if the demographic situation and working relationships are constantly changing due to automation and IT development.

We also talk about the TOPs of Äripää county. In the evening, the winners of Võrumaa, Valgamaa and Põlvamaa will be announced, and we will talk about this topic with Aivar Hundimäe, deputy editor-in-chief of Äripäiv, who will give an overview of which sectors dominate in different counties this year.

The program day continues with four programs:

11.00-12.00 “Under the magnifying glass”. How was it possible to lay off a top manager in the defense forces when his job was not actually lost? In the investigative journalism program, journalists Pille Ivask, Koit Brinkmann, Kristel Härma and Eliisa Matsalu-Alaküla talk about their recent revelations.

12.00-13.00 “Digital Smart Business”. In the show, we talk about the digitalization of business processes, challenges and risks, as well as opportunities to save costs while increasing the company’s productivity.

Romet Rahuoja, the CEO of the technology company Mooncascade, Margus Muld, the chairman of the board of Vireen AS, and Hardi Tamm, the board member of Piimaklaster MTÜ, will be visiting the show. The presenter is Mare Timian.

13.00–14.00 “Lesson”. In the show, we talk about the importance of learning as an adult – how it supports both professional and personal development.

We will discuss what inspires and motivates you on this journey and what obstacles you may encounter and how to overcome them. Karmo Kapstas, the director of the Andja factory of Bauroc AS, and Ly Tina, the HR manager of the company, who were nominated for the “Learner-Friendly Employer of the Year” award, share their experiences. In addition, Sander Sahkur and Monica Marfeldt, development manager of the Estonian Adult Educators Association ANDRAS, nominated for “Learner of the Year”. The presenter is Katre Savi.

15.00-16.00 “Information class”. This time’s show deals with change management and is inspired by Äripäiv’s management book “Why companies change and how to implement changes”. Tiina Sakkos, author of the book, change management expert, consultant and trainer, and Kadri Härginen, partner and attorney at Sorainen law firm, are chatting in the studio.
