Real estate agents expect a 25% growth in the market. There is no escape from the price increase

The new year brings new winds to the residential real estate market – the apartment market revives and prices start to move up. At least that’s how real estate agents perceive the market.

This year will be a year of recovery and recovery in real estate, real estate agency Uus Maa broker Margit Sild is certain.

Kaamos Kinnisvara expects an average of 25 percent higher demand than last year, and the company’s CEO Taimo Murer is not even the most optimistic real estate expert who spoke to Äripää when predicting such a recovery.

The good expectation of Murer and others was ushered in by the second half of the past year, when the sales volume of new apartments increased every month. “There were 190 units in December, which is almost twice as much as the year before,” said Murer.
