There is a lot of talk about candida, it is in all of us, and when it proliferates excessively, it is difficult to stop it. She is very combative and reluctant to admit defeat.
On the one hand, its swelling hides many dangers for the body. The US Centers for Disease Control and Prevention sees candida overgrowth as a serious health problem. The fact is, however, that candida has another face, which is that it participates in the process of breaking down organic matter, and recently its protective role in getting rid of heavy metals has been investigated.
What is candida?
Candida is a type of fungus that is naturally found on the surface of all living things, as well as on the surface of human skin. In small numbers, it also inhabits the interior of the body. It prefers a dark and moist environment, and can be found in the mouth, intestines, urinary and genital tract.
A healthy organism keeps Candida growth under control with the help of its good and friendly bacteria.
Candida feeds on simple sugars and literally manipulates the feeling of hunger, i.e. leads to a strong desire for sweets. Candida needs sugar to build its cell wall and to transition into a more virulent form. Just one sweet meal causes the Candida population to explode in a short period of time.
Reasons for candida overgrowth (candidiasis)
The main reasons for the appearance of candidiasis are found in the way of life and diet of modern man and they are generally well known. In short, they come down to a decline in immune defense due to a stressful lifestyle, uncontrolled use of antibiotics, disruption of intestinal flora and frequent use of foods that directly feed candida.
We should not ignore the fact that candida favors low frequencies, and all conditions that lower the body’s vibrations are excellent grounds for its growth. This includes a number of negative emotional states that are on the rise today.
When candida “goes crazy” it can release about 70 types of toxic substances, including neurotoxic ones that cause a range of symptoms – from local to systemic.
It also has the ability to attach itself to the intestinal wall and the result is, if its growth is not stopped, the creation of a tiny hole in the intestinal wall itself. This phenomenon disrupts the function of the intestinal wall, which becomes permeable to insufficiently digested proteins, toxins, but also to candida itself, which penetrates the bloodstream, spreading throughout the body. Damage to the intestinal wall and the consequences it leads to are called leaky gut syndrome.
When should you suspect a candida infection?
By passing through the intestinal wall, candida can reach the liver, urinary tract, genital organs, skin, nails, mouth, brain, joints and other organs through the bloodstream, so the manifestations can be numerous from chronic fatigue, insomnia, dark circles under the eyes, severe PMS- a, flatulence, rectal itching, poor concentration, confused states, muscle weakness, joint swelling, breathing problems, migraine, anxiety, bad breath, strong desire for sweet food, depressed moods, obesity, etc.
Toxic damage caused by candida
Toxins released by candida have a negative biological effect on the body. They can interfere with and mimic the functions of estrogen and some other hormones, creating a hormonal imbalance, which can lead to problems with the thyroid gland and other endocrine glands. Toxins can suppress the detoxification function of the liver and lead to further intoxication of the body.
Generally speaking, candida and the toxins it produces can infiltrate any organ of the body and become responsible for a large number of physical and psychological symptoms.
How to get candida under control?
Candida is very resistant and requires a fight from several sides. First of all, this fight requires the full cooperation of the person, in terms of changes in the way of eating and living in a healthier direction, cleansing the body of toxins and procedures to strengthen immunity.
The proposed protocol includes:
- A specific diet that, depending on the severity of the case, lasts from several weeks to several months. It enables the revitalization of digestive functions, without which any fight against candida is futile. Includes:
- Intolerance test for basic foodstuffs.
- Specific instructions for the initial period of nutrition, which lasts several days and allows candida to be expelled from the body. It represents a very effective initial step in the fight against candida.
- Instructions for removing the problematic type of food.
- Instructions for using foods that boost the immune system.
- Instructions for the introduction of foods with a powerful anti-candida effect, “candida killers”.
- Nutrition is determined individually, according to the results of the intolerance test and with the application of all other rules for problems with candida.
- Functional diagnosis of the organism (bioresonance scanner and examination of a live drop of blood). Based on the information received, an individual detoxification plan is drawn up.
- Supplements with anti-candida effect.
- Homeopathic preparations and Šisler’s salts.
- A special program of a combination of essential oils that is applied for several months. Due to their exceptional effectiveness, essential oils and a specific diet are the basis of our candida therapy.
The therapeutic concept of “Candida control” applied in our office was formed based on the experience of American doctors and nutritionists, on the basis of cooperation with Russian doctors and aromatherapists, and on the basis of our long-term practice.
Remark: After talking with the patient and getting an insight into his problems, the doctor makes an individual plan of measures that includes a combination of the above procedures.
