Recapitalization did not help, OC “Jahorina” is blocked again

BANJALUKA – The Government of Republika Srpska recently paid 26 million marks to the accounts of the Olympic Center Jahorina on the basis of recapitalization, which the administration used to pay obligations.

However, this is obviously not enough to stabilize the business, since the company’s accounts are blocked again, which means that someone to whom OC “Jahorina” owes money is forced to settle through them.

Namely, according to data from the Central Bank of Bosnia and Herzegovina, the main account has been blocked since Monday, October 28.

Two days later, two accounts for regular business, as well as an account for special purposes, were blocked.

In general, “OC Jahorina” has 19 accounts, none of which are active at the time of publication of this text.

Given that the director of the company, Dejan Ljevnajić, does not answer calls CAPITAL-, we tried to find out the reasons for the blockade from the president of the Supervisory Board, Nedeljko Elek.

He did not reveal the cause of the new block, but he assured us that it has been removed and that the accounts are active.

However, that was on Friday, and this morning’s report from CBBIH says otherwise, i.e. that the accounts are not active even today.

We remind you that the plan in OC “Jahorina” was to return a loan of 11 million KM to the Government of the RS after the recapitalization, and to use the rest of the money to pay off obligations to workers and banks.
