Society Anker is also known in our market for its interesting charging adapters and power banks and often brings something extra or moves the established numbers. At the Consumer Electronics Fair CES this year they showed their news with faster and more accurate charging. And also a solar parasol.
Charging two laptops at the same time
Simply named Anker Power Bank (25K, 165W) is a small prism with dimensions 156,97 x 53,5 x 49,02 mm. However, it is not completely pocketable – it already weighs 595 grams. It definitely won’t get lost easily in a backpack or suitcase. Considering that the capacity of this portable battery is up to 25 000 mAh but that is not much. This is enough energy to charge the Samsung Galaxy S24 Ultra approximately 5 times, which means you can last even a week without an outlet.
The second luxurious parameter is the total output of up to 165 W. You can charge up to speed via one of the three USB-Cs 100 W and via a pair of regular USB A do 33 W. It is able to charge very quickly not only smartphones, but also laptops, drones and other electronics.
You can see the progress of charging through each connector on a practical color display, even the temperature and overall health of the battery with the number of charging cycles. It goes without saying that there are several safety features such as ActiveShield 2.0which monitors the temperature 3 million times a day.
Large capacity and charging speed are nice, but other brands also offer that. Anker therefore adds two practical accessories. The first is that the single built-in USB-C cable is extra durable and doubles as a battery strap. It can handle a load of up to 20 kg. The second is another built-in USB-C cable, which is 70 cm long and can be fully retracted into the battery like a cable from regular vacuum cleaners.
Up to 140 W in a small charger
Anker also presented them at the fair adapter with a power of up to 140 W. Because of this, it is slightly larger than ordinary chargers. But also those 69 x 69 x 36 mm and 395 grams are still compact enough. At the same time, it can also charge two laptops at the same time, and we all know how much space two separate laptop chargers would take not long ago. Respectively, it can charge 4 different devices via three USB-C and one USB-A connector.
A new feature is a clear display, which is far from common on chargers. The adapter displays the specific charging power, but also the power on each connector and also the temperature. This adapter also supports the technology of 3 million temperature measurements per day.

Even a parasol
Anchor on that CES 2025 complimented with one more unusual concept – a solar parasol. Anker Solix Solar Beach Umbrella is an addition to their portable refrigerator EverFrost 2which can even freeze thanks to this energy source. Fresh popsicles even after a whole day at the beach, you don’t see that often.
The parasol is, of course, water resistant with an IP67 certificate and can be folded almost like a regular parasol. With the difference that, when opened, it offers several 80 W solar panels, which, according to Anker, have o 30 percent higher efficiencythan similar portable solar panels on the market, writes Engadget.
Availability and prices
Anker Power Bank is currently available in the US market for 99 dollarswhile the adapter is stationary 89 dollars. After arriving on the European market, we can expect prices at a similar level, only in euros. The date of introduction to our market has not yet been specified.
