Red Bull GmbH announced that it did not accept the appeal of Christian Horner’s female accuser, which was filed last March.
In its statement, Red Bull GmbH said:
Earlier this year a complaint against Christian Horner was investigated. This complaint was addressed through the company’s grievance procedure with the appointment of an independent attorney who dismissed the complaint.
The complainant exercised the right of appeal and the appeal was carried out by another independent lawyer. All stages of the appeal process have now been completed and the end result is that the appeal is not upheld. The lawyer’s conclusions were accepted and adopted by Red Bull. The internal process is complete.
The company respects the privacy of all employees and will not be making any further public comment on this matter at this time. Red Bull is committed to continuing to meet the highest standards in the workplace.
