OR Redmi will release it K80 Pro on November 27 but now we have more details about the phone in our hands.
The brand shared the key specifications on its profile on Chinese platform Weibo, including Qualcomm’s new flagship chipset, a large battery and an IP68 + IP69 rating.
The Redmi K80 Pro comes with the Snapdragon 8 Elite processor, with company officials already touting the phone as super fast and powerful. It will also have a D1 chip that will control the display to try and boost the frame rate and resolution in certain apps and games.
The phone is shaping up to be a true flagship and will have a 3D cooling solution, which is likely a huge vapor chamber. It will also be extremely durable with a very strong glass over the QHD display.
Xiaomi’s 6,000mAh battery in the Redmi K80 Pro will mark the first time a Redmi K will have such a large battery. The phone will support 120W wired charging and 50W wireless charging.
