Redmi announced the K80 series along with its new accessories, the new Redmi Watch 5 smartwatch and the TWS Redmi Buds 6 Pro.
Redmi Watch 5
The Redmi Watch 5 is the successor to last year’s Redmi Watch 4 and brings a larger 2.07-inch AMOLED display, which now reaches 1,500 nits. Xiaomi also limited the frames and kept the 60 Hz refresh rate.
The Watch 5 has an aluminum frame and a metal dial on the right side that lets you navigate the UI. It is one of the first wearables to ship with Xiaomi HyperOS 2 out of the box.
Xiaomi also offers an eSIM version, which allows you to make calls and send messages on supported platforms.
Xiaomi claims its new heart rate monitoring sensor offers 97.1% accuracy, and you also get the standard blood oxygen, sleep and stress monitoring. The watch also has a built-in GNSS position sensor and tracks your usual sports and activities.
The 550mAh battery in the Watch 5 is now rated at up to 24 days of normal use and up to 12 days with Always-On Display.
The Redmi Watch 5 is available in black and silver colors and is priced at CNY 599 ($82). The eSIM version comes in Titanium Silver and costs CNY 799 ($110).

Xiaomi also offers a Gaming Edition Buds 6 Pro, which features a 20ms delay and supports the LHDC Lossless audio codec via the specialized USB-C adapter.
