The Samsung Galaxy S25 Ultra is seen for the first time on renders! The device gets even thinner edges than its predecessor. They are also completely flat, while the corners of the screen have a small curve.

Samsung continues to tinker with the design of its most premium smartphone. Renders show that the upcoming Samsung Galaxy S25 Ultra will differ in a number of ways from the current S24 Ultra.
The bezels around the screen are clearly a bit thinner again than this year. In addition, Samsung is saying goodbye to the curved sides. They become completely flat, just like on the normal Galaxy S24 and S24 Plus. The images, made by the well-known insider OnLeaksalso show a small curve in the corners of the screen. Previous Ultra models did not have these.
At 162.8 by 77.6 millimeters, the device is slightly longer and slightly less wide than its predecessor. It is 8.2 millimeters thick, compared to 8.6 millimeters on the S23 Ultra. The smartphone is said to weigh 219 grams, 13 grams lighter than the current Ultra.
The Samsung Galaxy S25 Ultra runs on a blazing-fast Snapdragon 8 Gen 4 chip and has a 5000 mAh battery again. It charges with 45 watts. In addition to the familiar 200 megapixel main camera, you can count on a new 50 megapixel wide-angle lens that replaces the old 12 megapixel model.
Nothing would change about the telephoto lenses. If you want to zoom in 5x, you do so with the 50 megapixel camera that can also be found on the S24 Ultra. The camera with which you zoom in 3x will retain its low resolution of 10 megapixels according to OnLeaks. Earlier rumors said that Samsung wanted to renew this lens.
Release in January?
Samsung will probably present the Galaxy S25 series in January 2025. In addition to the S25 Ultra, we also expect a normal S25 and an S25 Plus. They have smaller screens and less good specifications, but also a lower price.
We don’t yet know exactly what the Galaxy S25 Ultra will cost. The Galaxy S24 had a suggested retail price of 1449 euros. You can now get it for € 990, -.
