Renewd requests a deferment of payment

Dutch companies Renewd and its parent company Dignitas Distribution have filed for suspension of payments. The seller of refurbished electronics says it wants to make a fresh start.

Renewd is a Dutch seller of refurbished consumer electronics. The company has second-hand smartphones, laptops, smartwatches and tablets from Samsung and Apple, among others, checked, cleaned and possibly repaired, after which the devices are resold under new warranty conditions.

The cause of the problems is unknown. On LinkedIn Renewd speaks of ‘current challenges’.
