Great news from Samsung that almost a month after the presentation of the service AI Subscription Club in South Korea, now comes official confirmation that the same service is coming to Samsung smartphones and tablets.
Well, the AI Subscription Club service allows customers to sign up and book their own rental plan and test devices without actually buying them. From next month this will also include products such as Samsung’s Galaxy smartphones and tablets with AI-enabled features. Samsung hasn’t revealed the subscription plans for its Galaxy devices, but the service could prove useful for those who want to get to know Samsung devices for a while before buying them by paying the full amount.
Samsung also announced that its companion robot Ballie, introduced five years ago, will be introduced in South Korea and the US for the first time. “We will be rolling out the subscription service to Galaxy smartphones starting next month. Ballie will be introduced in Korea and the US first, and we plan to make it available as a subscription in Korea.”Samsung Electronics Vice President Han Jong-hee said at a press conference held at CES 2025.
