Let’s say right away that the brand itself is still very young, it was formed quite recently. But this does not mean that one should treat him condescendingly, because he has mastodons in his field behind him.

Unusual design, easy to use
I think everyone is already accustomed to the standard appearance of modern upright vacuum cleaners. This is a silver “stick” with a handle and a display (most often) at the top.
The new product from Yoniev differs from its analogues even here. The U5s housing is made in white body color. It is made of high-quality plastic, so there is not even a trace of the “smell of Chinese” here. Moreover, the device is aimed at ensuring that after it the room is clean, even in the air.
Dirty water tank
To do this, an additional filter is installed inside, in which impassable debris settles. Also provided two tanks: for clean (0.6 l) and dirty water (0.5 l). The flows in the device are separated, so there is no possibility that you will be supplied with water from a dirty container.
In addition, there is a separate LED display that displays current information about operating modes, degree of contamination, battery charge and errors. An extremely informative screen that will be the envy of analogues in the same price category, such as Redkey or Kitfort.
The vacuum cleaner itself, together with the “base”, does not take up much space; it is quite compact. The only thing that bothers me personally is the lack of any kind of stand for it. The device is fixed at the bottom and stands slightly at an angle, which makes it feel like it’s about to fall. This doesn’t happen, but the feeling still doesn’t leave me.
Yoniev U5s weighs about 4 kg. This is not much, but due to its high maneuverability, the vacuum cleaner literally slides across the floor, and controllability is maximum.

What immediately pleased me personally was the ease of assembly. If with other vacuum cleaners I periodically had to use assembly instructions, here it is as simple and intuitive as possible. Insert the pipe, hook up the roller brush and you can use it.
Yoniev U5s has three cleaning modes for brushless motor: automatic, suction and high power. I mainly tested the automatic mode (10 kPa), as it is most suitable for everyday cleaning. The device uses an infrared sensor to increase or decrease power depending on the amount of garbage collected.
Docking station assembly
The suction mode turns off wet cleaning and only uses the vacuum cleaner part. Max mode, which is the most powerful, increases power while cleaning. This mode is best suited for serious cleaning or collecting large debris.
This vacuum cleaner does a good job of cleaning both wooden surfaces and hard carpets. It perfectly collects large pieces of debris and hair, wool. I note that the hair on the brush does not get tangled, which is a big plus. However, the U5s may not be able to remove small particles, such as spilled sugar or dirt from the soles of shoes, the first time; I had to go through such places 2 times.
In Max mode (22 W) the vacuum cleaner can already cope with carpets. In any case, he was able to clean the rug at the entrance to the apartment.
One of the advantages of the device is its tight fit to baseboards and walls. The design of the brush allows you to clean along the wall without leaving dust, dirt or liquid. On the right side, the brush fits tightly to vertical surfaces.
Finally, the new product has deep self-cleaning function. To do this, there is a special button on the handle that must be pressed while the vacuum cleaner is on the docking station.
It takes about 5 minutes to clean the insides of the vacuum cleaner and the roller brush (not everyone does this, this is important). After this, you can use the vacuum cleaner again.
Works fine and makes almost no noise

Operating time traditionally varies depending on the mode used.
In automatic mode it reaches half an hour. Thanks to this and the high power, this time is enough for a medium-sized apartment like mine.
At maximum suction power, the vacuum cleaner will last about 12 minutes. Not much, but it will remove everything: from dust to stubborn liquids. Moreover, during the cleaning itself, the vacuum cleaner will not leave any water on the floor; it will only be slightly damp.
In Max mode, the volume reaches 78 dB, which is comparable to street noise. In normal mode, the device is inaudible, but it does not irritate you in any way during the process.
Let’s vacuum together
Yoniev U5s turned out good. Yes, I have questions about the docking station, but otherwise it is a quality gadget that offers many of the features from the more expensive segment.
The brand is new and now is not so expensive for the available capabilities. It’s new in Russia about 30 thousand rublesand it fully pays off its cost.
With Yoniev U5s, cleaning no longer bothers me. On the contrary, I discovered a challenge to see how much faster I could clean with a vacuum cleaner.
