Preparing Roquefort rillettes with raisins
In a bowl, put the raisins and add the Cognac, leave to soften for 10 minutes. Crumble the Roquefort in another bowl and add the softened butter. Add the crème fraîche, raisins, nutmeg and pepper. Crush and mix with a fork. Crumble the walnut kernels and add them to your preparation, mix everything together and pack it in the bowl before refrigerating for 2 hours.
