The report notes that according to the test results, no live parasite larvae were found in canned food.
“…Non-viable larvae of nematodes of the genus Anisakis were discovered,” – reported in the press service.
The test report was sent to the Center for Hygiene and Epidemiology in Moscow for a comprehensive and objective assessment.
Also, information about possible violations of the current legislation by the canned food manufacturer was transferred to the Rospotrebnadzor office in the Primorsky Territory.
It was previously reported that worm larvae were found in canned pollock liver in Primorsky style in the Pyaterochka and Dixie retail chains in Moscow and St. Petersburg.
