Experts advise including these nuts in your daily diet.

Specialists from the St. Petersburg Rospotrebnadzor spoke about the benefits of cashews and gave a number of tips on their use.

According to experts, these nuts contain many vitamins and microelements such as magnesium, iron, iodine, phosphorus, and healthy fats – Omega-3, Omega-6 and Omega-9. “Only 30–40 grams of cashews per day can provide you with the necessary vitamins and minerals,” follows from the message from the St. Petersburg department of the department.

You can eat cashews raw or slightly roasted. Experts recommended eating nuts for breakfast or adding them to different dishes. Before eating, you should wash the nuts to remove any possible contamination.

A pleasant crunch on the teeth when biting indicates a quality product, Rospotrebnadzor added. Lovers of rich taste are advised to give preference to large and whole cashews.
