Russian sources have published a video of what they claim is Ukraine’s domestically developed ballistic missile system Grim-2 is shown, which is also destroyed based on the footage.

There is no doubt that the footage shows white smoke, but how there was indeed a Grim-2 system and not a Kamaz truck, it’s hard to tell.
Other Russian sources define it as a Neptune rocket launcher. The recording was made in the Odessa region, this may even prove that some kind of rocket launcher was hit.
The development of Hrim-2 or Grom-2 started sometime in the early 2000s, however, due to various budget and technological problems, the first copies were not put into operation until this year.
The Hrim-2 is special because it has a range of 500 kilometers on paper, so in principle it could even target Moscow from the territory of Ukraine.
