Preheat the oven to 200°C (390°F). Peel the rutabaga and cut it into sticks the size of fries. In a salad bowl, mix the sticks with the olive oil, cumin and rosemary, then season with salt and pepper. Arrange the fries on a baking sheet covered with baking paper, avoiding overlapping. Bake for 25 to 30 minutes, turning the fries halfway through cooking until they are golden and crispy.
