Rutte wrote on Platform X that he discussed the Finnish-led investigation into possible sabotage of underwater cables in the Baltic Sea with Finnish President Alexander Stubb. “I expressed my full support and solidarity to him. NATO is increasing its presence in the Baltic Sea,” said Rutte. However, he did not specify how or when this presence would increase.
