Acclaimed director David Leitch has teamed up with famous stars for the latest action-packed project, inspired by the 80s TV series of the same name.
SkyShowtime announced today that the action-packed Hollywood blockbuster will The Fall Guy be available for streaming on this platform from November 30.
In the movie The Fall Guy Oscar nominee Ryan Gosling (Barbie, La La Land, Drive) stars as Colt Sivers®. Colt is a scarred stuntman who is rehired after an accident that nearly kills his career. It happens at the moment when Tom Ryder (winner of the Golden Globe Award) disappears®Aaron Taylor-Johnson; Bullet Train), the star of the mega-budget film directed by Colt’s ex, Jodi Moreno, played by Golden Globe winner Emily Blunt (Oppenheimer, A Quiet Place films, Sicario).
Film The Fall Guy is based on the hit TV series from the 80s and also stars an Emmy Award winner® Academy Award nominee Hannah Vodding (Ted Lasso), Winston Duke (Black Panther franchise) and Stephanie Shue (Everything Everywhere All at Once)®.
Drew Pearce, screenwriter for Hobbs & Shaw, also wrote the screenplay for the filmThe Fall Guy. Producers are duo Kelly McCormick and David Leach (Bullet Train, Violent Night, Nobody) on behalf of their company 87North Productions; then Ryan Gosling in front of his production company Entertainment 360; and Guymon Kasady (Game of Thrones, Steve Jobs). The film is executive produced by Drew Pearce, Entertainment 360’s Jeff Shaivitz and The Fall Guy original TV series creator Glen A. Larson.
The Fall Guy presents original music from the studio Back Lot Music composed by Dominic Lewis. YUNGBLUD covered KISS’s “I Was Made for Lovin’ You” and Blake Shelton covered Lee Majors’ “Unknown Stuntman” and both appear on the album.
