Today I came across a seller on Allegro who sells Orange mobile internet with hundreds of GB of data transfer for a year, without the need for additional top-ups. The problem is that it costs almost PLN 50 – with us you will get this knowledge for free.
Because in fact, this seller does not sell the starters themselves for this amount, but the knowledge on how to get these several hundred GB from them. It is not without reason that out of 22 auctions with starters only at this seller, 20 are for Orange starters, because it is the only operator that has such a promotion, and yesterday it extended it until the end of June (source – blog Orange).
Out of curiosity, I checked how much revenue this seller had from these offers. In the last 30 days, he sold approximately 1,000 starters with instructions in all advertisements, for a total amount of PLN 54,737.00. Deducting the cost (my estimates, I may be wrong) of the starters themselves – PLN 5,000. PLN, commission for Allegro – PLN 5,000. PLN, shipping – PLN 5,000. PLN and perhaps tax, he earned approximately PLN 30,000 in a month. zloty.
I would like to point out that this is not a fraud on the part of this seller, it is simply based on the ignorance of people who buy from him and they certainly do not read my entries on Antyweb. In recent years, I have written about this and previously similar promotions in Orange prepaid at least five times – with detailed instructions on how to obtain such data transfer at a low cost.
So I will write again, maybe this time a few more people will save not only money, but also time.
1 TB (1000 GB) of data transfer per year in Orange pre-paid
My short and precise instructions are as follows:
- We buy any starter, from any operator except Orange or Nju Mobile, in the pre-paid offer, or at the nearby Żabka for PLN 5 – we immediately register this number in the store for our data.
- After returning home, we transfer it to Orange on the pre-paid card, below link.
- After transferring the number, we are waiting for the courier who will deliver us the starter from Orange.
- We replace the SIM card in the smartphone, from the one purchased in Żabka to the one received from the courier.
- We send an SMS message with the content YES to the number 80290.
As a result, we will receive a total of 1,000 GB of data transfer, which includes 400 GB for expressing marketing consents and 600 GB for transferring the number to Orange to the card. If you have previously used the promotion in Orange – “Bonus for consent”, you will receive “only” 600 GB (probably that is why the seller on Allegro provides so many gigabytes as a precaution).
Additionally, just for transferring the number, you are entitled to a year of account validity and bonus gigabytes. This means that throughout the year you don’t have to worry about top-ups or additional costs – you insert the SIM card into a mobile Wifi router or a smartphone with dual SIM as a second card for the Internet itself and use it.
I emphasize that according to my instructions above – your only cost is PLN 5 for a starter from a mobile network other than Orange.
If you are wondering why the offers on Allegro state that it will work for more than a year, I will give you additional instructions – extending these gigabytes for subsequent years costs PLN 29 per year. You can purchase this account validity and GB for several years in advance at one time.
