Galaxy Ring now comes in more sizes and in more markets with advanced sleep and mindfulness features so you can get to know your sleep patterns better
Samsung Electronics today announced that the Galaxy Ring is introducing two new larger sizes of 14 and 15, now spanning from sizes 5 to 15(1)and from February(2) will be available in an additional 15 markets, bringing the total number of markets to 53.
Starting today, Samsung is also updating the Samsung Health app(3) with advanced features that help you achieve a good night’s sleep and that go beyond analyzing sleep patterns from the previous night. The updates include Sleep environment report, Sleep time guidance and Mindfulness tracker. For Samsung, the expansion is an initiative to help more people benefit from the new solutions.
Built for comfort with a lightweight fit and extended battery life, the Galaxy Ring simplifies everyday wellness with a special focus on sleep. Since the global launch in July 2024, Galaxy Ring has been launched in 38 markets, including Denmark, among others(4). Galaxy Ring will soon be available in 15 more markets, including Cyprus, Czech Republic, Greece, Slovakia, Hungary, Israel, Japan, Malaysia, Mauritius, New Zealand, Saudi Arabia Singapore, South Africa, Taiwan, Vietnam and Zambia. It will also be offered in eleven sizes from 5 to 15, including the two newly added larger options, and in three colors – Titanium Black, Titanium Silver and Titanium Gold.
In addition to the expansion of the Galaxy Ring, new updates to the Samsung Health app will provide more personalized and comprehensive wellness features(5)which supports optimal sleep and goals for a healthier everyday life.
Together with SmartThings, Samsung Health analyzes your sleep environment and assesses factors such as temperature, humidity, air quality and light intensity in the room. In the morning you will receive one Sleep environment report(6)with advice on how you can optimize the conditions in your surroundings. You can also leverage SmartThings to automatically adjust room settings to create the ideal sleeping environment when you fall asleep, supporting a restful night’s sleep.- Sleep time guidance(7) suggests optimal bedtimes tailored to unique sleep patterns, habits and conditions. Samsung Health goes beyond sleep analysis and provides actionable insights into better sleep by recommending the most appropriate bedtimes based on a combination of your sleep quality and daily routines.
- The new one Mindfulness tracker allows you to improve your mental health and achieve a better night’s sleep. You can monitor your mood and follow Samsung Health’s breathing exercise and meditation guides, all easily accessible in a single tracker.
