Samsung’s Galaxy Ring is now officially available in the Netherlands. Interested in the smart ring? You can go to various Experience Stores, but also to MediaMarkt and Coolblue. The company announced during an event that they sell all combinations of colors and sizes. That means you can choose from 27 combinations: 9 sizes in the colors gold, silver or black. The gold version has a shiny finish, while the other two have a matte finish. finish to have.
The Galaxy Ring works with all fingers, but Samsung recommends wearing it on your index finger. You mainly use the Galaxy Ring to track your sleep behavior, as well as the steps taken and some other insights. You can think of your heart rate and stress level. Tracking the menstrual cycle is possible, while you can also check a general energy score. You do need a Samsung account and the Galaxy Health app for that.
If you pair the Galaxy Ring with a Samsung smartphone, you can use some exclusive functions. For example, you can take a photo with your paired smartphone with a quick finger movement or turn off an alarm. That is something we know from Samsung smartwatches, such as the Galaxy Watch 7.
Finally, the manufacturer mentions that the ring in combination with a Galaxy Watch ensures even more accurate measurements. The battery life of the ring is also extended, because the watch partly takes over various measurements.
