- Developers at Samsung are working intensively on the One UI 7.0 superstructure
- Photos are currently leaking that reveal a significant redesign
- Samsung intends to bring its system closer to Apple’s iOS
Samsung has been using superstructures in its smartphones for many years One UI, which replaced the not very popular TouchWiz. The current software of the South Korean giant is subsequently very popular among customers. It offers a lot of options wrapped in a pleasing design. However, a new leak reveals that the upcoming version of One UI 7.0 will bring a number of changes.
The inspiration for Apple is clear
The new version of the One UI graphic superstructure will see the light of day later this year, while the first beta version will be released to the world on July 29. Even before its launch, however, interesting information reached the Internet, which published web SmartPrix. These relate to a fairly drastic design overhaul.
The control panel can be seen in the leaked images. Samsung currently uses a split screen, with switches at the top and an overview of notifications at the bottom. However, Samsung intends to change the appearance of the controls. They will be larger and spread across the screen. Similar to the case with Apple iOS or HyperOS from Xiaomi. Notifications will be located in a separate panel.

Custom version of Dynamic Island
Apparently, Samsung is going to implement its own version of the Dynamic Island function, which it was the first to offer, in its superstructure Apple. The latter uses a pill-hole camera and Face ID for various graphic animations associated with functionality. But the South Koreans will go about it a little differently.
Leaks indicate that if you start a stopwatch, for example, an icon of the mentioned application will appear in the status bar. They then expand into an oval shape for a quick overview, just like the Dynamic Island. So Samsung won’t use the camera punch for this feature.
One UI 7.0 graphical change
But the new OneUI 7.0 will offer many more changes. By all accounts, it will be one of the biggest changes ever Samsung performed for his superstructure. The appearance of the icons will reportedly deviate from Material Design and have hints of 3D with shadows. For addition, we will add that the new graphics superstructure will be built on Android 15.
