On the Samsung forums appeared Unusual complaint: A 24-year-old student told how his girlfriend borrowed his Samsung Galaxy Buds FE, but then lost her hearing.
The right earphone was charged 36% out of the box when the girl used it, and the device was not connected to a charger. However, while listening to music, the accessory exploded. At the hospital, the girl was told that her ear would no longer hear.
The Samsung service center was shocked by what happened and offered to replace the broken earphone with a new one, noting that the old one “did not explode, but deformed.” The company also reported in response to the request:
If you don’t want to apply for your legal right, we’re not interested.
