After leaking all the color options of the upcoming Samsung Galaxy A16 in 4G and 5G versions and now a new leak reveals one more important aspect of the device: its price.
According to a retailer’s internal database in Europe, the Galaxy A16 4G will cost 209,90 € while the Galaxy A16 5G will cost 239,90 €. Both of these prices are with 128GB of storage, but no mention of RAM.
If these are the base models, then it wouldn’t be surprising to see them paired with 4GB of RAM, an amount previously rumored for the A16 series.
Let’s make it clear that these prices will not be absolutely accurate for all European markets, as there will be small variations from country to country.
The Galaxy A16 5G will be powered by either the MediaTek Dimensity 6300 SoC (in India and Thailand) or the Samsung Exynos 1330 (probably in all other markets). It will have a 6.7-inch 1080×2340 LCD touchscreen with a 90Hz refresh rate and 800nit peak brightness, a 5,000mAh battery and an IP54 rating for dust and splash resistance.
One of its main “features” will undoubtedly be software support, including six major Android updates and six years of security patches. On the other hand, not much is known about the 4G version of the A16, but it may be exactly the same except for the chipset, as was the case with the A15 and A15 5G.
