All because of lower performance than in the case of Snapdragons, and additionally features that are very irritating. Exynos have a reputation for heating up and drawing more energywhich additionally have worse performance. This time, there are many indications that they will return in the Samsung Galaxy S25 series.
When everyone started counting on the processor to appear in the S25 Snapdragon 8 Eliteemotions suddenly subsided. Data from benchmarks testing the upcoming S25 has been released online. They show that the Galaxy S25 Plus model will be equipped with the Exynos 2500 chip by Samsung.
Reports from Geekbench 6 leave no doubt. The system intended for Samsung’s latest series differs from the power offered by Qualcomm in Snapdragons and will most likely continue to be the “worse” chip that users will complain about. It’s still a flagship phone – but not the most powerful you can afford.
